About Kelly Harder
Kelly was born
and raised in Anacortes, WA, a small island town that is gateway
to the beautiful San Juan Islands. After high school she moved
to Bothell WA, a suburb of Seattle, where she attended Beauty
School.
She worked in
the industry for about 5 years and then Kelly and a partner
opened their own Nail Salon, A Perfect Ten Nails. They built
their salon business through hard work, great customer service
and excellent skills. Their motto was that “great customer
service is the key to a successful business.” The salon was open
for 15 years, but then Kelly’s husband, Chris, was offered
a promotion in Las Vegas so they they sold their homes and the
salon and moved to Vegas. Their clients were loyal to them to
the end and very sad to see them leave.
Chris
and Kelly have four children: two boys, Seth 24 and Josh 15, and
two girls, Renee 18 and Rochelle 16. Seth
graduated from college last year and lives just 10
minutes
from where Kelly was raised, and he is getting married this May
to Cassie. Renee is playing basketball at
a Bellevue community college and Rochelle is a sophomore in a
Washington high hchool. Josh lives in Vegas and is a
sophomore at Explorer Knowledge Academy. Kelly loves to travel,
especially to tropical beaches, spending time with her family
and riding her Harley.
Kelly decided
to go into real estate after moving to Las Vegas and looking for
a house for her family. She felt that she could provide superior
customer service. She will listen to your needs and wants to
make your home buying or selling experience stress free. She
will keep you informed every step of the way with thorough
research, using her knowledge and her team’s expertise of the
current market to negotiate the best price possible for her
clients.
